A restoration or maintenance project has reached a milestone: after tightening nuts and bolts, running checks and adjustments, and filling fluids, the engine fired up successfully. Fine-tuning followed — the idle needed correcting to stop the clutch from rattling, and badly misaligned blade guides were sparking and had to be reset before the machine could run properly.
Why now: People enjoy following hands-on mechanical projects, and the successful first start after detailed troubleshooting is a satisfying milestone worth sharing.
