NeodraDynamics Unveils 1.2-Ton Neo1 Hydraulic Robot at CIIF
Original: NeodraDynamics Showcases 4-Meter & 1.2-Ton Neo1 Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Robot with JD Industrial at CIIF: Hydraulic‑Electric Hybrid Solves Real‑world "4D" Industrial Challenges
Robotics startup NeodraDynamics presented its Neo1 heavy-duty hydraulic robot at the China International Industry Fair alongside JD Industrial. The machine stands four meters tall and weighs 1.2 tons, using a hydraulic-electric hybrid drive the company says lets it handle what it calls '4D' industrial work: tasks that are dirty, dangerous, difficult or dull. The demonstration highlights growing interest in heavy-duty robots for logistics and manufacturing.
Why now: A new heavy-duty humanoid-scale industrial robot being shown at a major Chinese industry fair draws attention to advances in automation.
