Users are sharing a sarcastic call to use US Immigration and Customs Enforcement's online tip form, framed with a winking emoji as a way to 'help America expel undesirables.' The form, which ICE says is for reporting criminal violations from child exploitation to transnational gangs, is being mockingly promoted in discussions of US deportation policy.

Why now: Ongoing anger and debate over US immigration enforcement and deportations is driving sarcastic amplification of the ICE tip form.
