Academic to teach teenagers about the right to privacy
Original: Exciting! Also a tad scary: first time for me. Teaching to 12-15 year olds tomorrow about the right to privacy. https://
A researcher is preparing to teach school pupils aged 12 to 15 about the right to privacy for the first time, at an outreach event in Nijmegen linked to the Cipher project, scheduled for 14 October 2026. He describes the prospect as exciting but a little nerve-wracking, drawing warm, supportive reactions from academic peers online.
Why now: People are reacting to a colleague sharing first-time nerves about a public outreach lesson on privacy rights for teenagers.
