Participants in an October 'midiwiki' editing session reported substantial contributions to Wikimedia projects. The work included a new Wikipedia article on actress Adèle Regnauld de Prébois, first drafted during Wikimania, alongside 14 new media uploads such as plans, maps from Wiki Loves Monuments and a play, plus more than 4,000 edits on Wikimedia Commons. The session forms part of GLAM archive work connecting cultural institutions with open-knowledge platforms.
Why now: Archives and wiki contributors are sharing the results of a productive collaborative editing session tied to GLAM cultural heritage projects.
