Saudi Airstrike Hits Oil Depot Near Sana'a

Original: 🟠 UPDATE Saudi Arabia Strikes Oil Depot Near Sana’a Saudi Arabia possesses one of the world's most expensive and sophist

Reports say Saudi Arabia struck an oil depot near Sana'a, Yemen, in an escalation of its campaign against the Houthis. Commentary highlights the irony that Saudi Arabia's sophisticated arsenal, including American-made warplanes and missile defenses, has so far failed to stop continued Houthi attacks on the kingdom.

Why now: The strike escalates the Saudi-Houthi conflict and raises questions about the effectiveness of advanced US-supplied weaponry.
