Hedy AI Launches Team Version With EU Data Residency
Original: Hedy AI Launches Hedy for Teams, Bringing On-Device Transcription and EU Data Residency to Its AI Meeting Assistant for Organizations
AI meeting assistant maker Hedy AI has launched Hedy for Teams, a version of its product aimed at organizations. The update brings on-device transcription, meaning meeting audio can be processed locally rather than in the cloud, and EU data residency options for European customers. The move positions the company to appeal to businesses with strict data protection and compliance requirements, particularly under European privacy rules.
Why now: The launch addresses growing business demand for privacy-compliant AI tools with data kept inside the EU.
