Ryan Coogler's X-Files Reboot Ordered to Series at Hulu
Original: Ryan Coogler’s ‘The X-Files’ Reboot Picked Up To Series At Hulu
Ryan Coogler's reboot of 'The X-Files' has been given a series order at Hulu. The project, led by the 'Black Panther' and 'Sinners' director, brings the iconic sci-fi series back as a fresh take rather than another revival of the original. Details on casting and a premiere date have not yet been announced, and fans are closely watching whether original stars David Duchovny or Gillian Anderson will be involved.
Why now: News just broke that a high-profile director is reviving one of television's most beloved sci-fi series.
