VBoy Color brings fresh colour to Nintendo's Virtual Boy

Original: VBoy Color è un emulatore FOSS per il Virtual Boy della Nintendo, pensato per i visori 3d (come Meta Quest), PC, Android

A new free and open-source emulator called VBoy Color revives Nintendo's failed Virtual Boy console on modern hardware, including 3D headsets like the Meta Quest, PCs, Android devices, and as a RetroArch core. Its standout feature is real-time colourisation of games, moving beyond the original hardware's red-only display, with adjustable colour settings.

Why now: Nostalgia for Nintendo's cult Virtual Boy plus the novelty of colourising its games is drawing attention from emulation and retro gaming fans.
