Original: I know my grandkids are who I vote for anymore. # USpol
A sentiment is circulating among US voters that their votes are increasingly cast not for themselves but for their grandchildren, reflecting anxiety about the long-term consequences of elections. The phrase, shared alongside the USpol tag, captures how climate, debt and democratic stability are weighing on older voters' decisions in current American political debates.
Why now: Concerns about the future generations affected by US elections are resonating with voters amid ongoing political tensions.
