Rajinikanth's Jailer 2 advance booking storms box office

Original: जेलर

Advance bookings for Rajinikanth's 'Jailer 2' have opened to a massive response in India, with reports saying the film is dominating ticket sales ahead of release. Hindi media coverage notes that competing releases like 'Prahar' and 'Nai Naveli' have been left behind, while 'Ranabali' also shows little traction against the Thalaiva wave at the box office.

Why now: Strong advance booking numbers for Rajinikanth's 'Jailer 2' have set off comparisons with competing films at the box office.
