England wicketkeeper-batter Jos Buttler has undergone hamstring surgery and been ruled out of England's white-ball tour of Australia. The injury removes a key figure from the squad for the one-day and Twenty20 matches, forcing selectors to reshuffle a batting line-up already under scrutiny.
