Calls to vote blue against Trump and Republican abuses of power
Original: THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY TO OPPOSE AND PREVENT THIS ABUSE OF POWER: VOTE! AND VOTE BLUE TO STOP ATTACKS ON OUR CONSTITUTION
Critics of Donald Trump and the Republican Party are urging Americans to vote Democratic, arguing that elections are the only way to oppose what they call abuses of power and attacks on the US Constitution. Posts compare the United States unfavourably with Russia, China and North Korea, and reference states including Michigan and Minnesota as voters head to the polls.
Why now: Election day is drawing attention to claims that voting Democratic is the only check on presidential and Republican overreach.
