A German author says the world is staying silent about alleged crimes against humanity and crimes against children, arguing that Germany, once a perpetrator nation, has become a perpetrator again and that Western powers continue massacres unchecked. The statement, shared in German-language and international online circles, frames the criticism as a moral failure by governments and a betrayal of historical responsibility.
Why now: Ongoing conflicts attributed to Western powers and Germany's role in them are prompting renewed debate about complicity and historical responsibility.
