Agrivoltaics pitched as a way Trump could help US farmers
Original: This is how US President Donald Trump actually could help farmers... https:// cleantechnica.com/2026/10/11/m ammoth-sola
CleanTechnica argues that mammoth solar panels and agrivoltaic projects could form a US energy policy that genuinely benefits farmers, pairing clean power generation with continued agricultural use of farmland and cutting diesel costs. The piece frames solar deployment as a practical way the Trump administration could support rural communities, and the argument is circulating among renewable energy advocates online.
Why now: Ongoing debate over US energy policy and how it affects farmers is drawing attention to agrivoltaics as a pro-rural option.
