A Boston science fiction film marathon included a couple of episodes as interstitial programming between features, one attendee recalled online. The brief screenings caught the attention of festivalgoers, with one person tagging a friend who might remember the episodes playing. It is a small but charming example of marathon programmers using short-form material to fill gaps between films.
Why now: People are discussing a nostalgic or surprising programming choice at a Boston sci-fi film marathon.
