Kramatorsk expands mandatory evacuation zone for children
Original: ⛔️⚠️Kramatorsk expands zone of mandatory evacuation of children due to expanding Russian terrorist attacks on civilians
Ukrainian authorities in Kramatorsk, in the eastern Donetsk region, have widened the zone of mandatory evacuation for children, citing intensifying Russian attacks on civilians as well as reported abductions and deportations of children. The move means families with children in the expanded area are required to leave for safer parts of Ukraine, as frontline shelling and strikes continue to endanger populated areas near the front.
Why now: Russia's ongoing strikes on civilian areas near the eastern front are forcing Ukrainian officials to order more children out of danger.
