Developer launches GrassQuest AI to curb screen time
Original: GrassQuest AI: I Built an Open-Source AI That Wants You to Stop Using It 🌿 Less Scrolling.... # devchallenge # hf26chall
A developer has released GrassQuest AI, an open-source Android app built around the idea of encouraging people to spend less time scrolling on their phones. The tool, entered as part of a development challenge, deliberately nudges users away from their screens rather than keeping them engaged, and is being shared openly so others can adapt it.
Why now: The irony of an AI tool designed to reduce AI and app usage is drawing attention among developers.
