Original: Qatar’s $100M Gaza Aid Exposed
Israeli outlet Israel Hayom is reporting under the headline 'Qatar's $100M Gaza Aid Exposed', claiming that money Qatar sent as aid to Gaza did not go to its intended purposes. The report is drawing attention because Qatar has funneled large sums to Gaza for years, and scrutiny of where that money ended up has intensified since the war began. Details of the alleged findings are not yet clear from the headline alone.
Why now: Ongoing scrutiny of Qatar's financial role in Gaza amid the Israel-Hamas war.
