UK pharmacy body ends partnership with Israeli drugmaker Teva

Original: Excellent news! 'Britain’s Royal College of Pharmacy announced that it is immediately ending its sponsorship and exhibit

Britain's Royal College of Pharmacy has announced it is immediately ending its sponsorship and exhibition arrangements with Israeli pharmaceutical company Teva. The decision followed a due diligence review which, according to the announcement, found Teva's activities did not align with the college's standards. The move is being welcomed by campaigners and is drawing attention amid broader boycott debates over companies linked to Israel.

Why now: It adds a UK professional body to the growing list of institutions cutting ties with Israeli-linked firms over the Gaza conflict.
