Tim Stützle draws attention as Senators lose Eklund to injury

Original: tim stützle

Ottawa Senators fans are focused on Tim Stützle after the team confirmed that forward Eklund will be out for an extended period with an ankle injury. Commentators on TSN and Postmedia suggest the Senators can stay afloat without Eklund, with much of the discussion centring on how Stützle and the remaining core will carry the offence in his absence.

Why now: The Senators' injury news has sparked debate about whether Stützle can lead the team while a key teammate is sidelined.
