Bridgerton filming sparks police calls over village smoke
Original: Bridgerton is ruining our village: Filming for hit Netflix show sparks calls to police over 'artificial smoke' from Grad
Villagers are reportedly complaining to police about artificial smoke used during filming of Netflix's hit period drama Bridgerton in their village, with some residents saying the production is disrupting their lives. The show, known for its lavish Regency-era sets, is shooting scenes locally, and the smoke effects have become a flashpoint between the production crew and the community.
Why now: A popular Netflix production is causing tension with residents in a small village, making the clash between filming and everyday life a talking point.
