PSPi 6 project puts a Raspberry Pi inside a PSP

Original: PSPi 6 – Raspberry Pi in a PSP

The PSPi Version 6 project, developed by othermod, builds a working handheld that fits a Raspberry Pi into a repurposed Sony PSP shell. The design, shared openly on GitHub, lets hobbyists turn the classic console into a modern emulation and retro gaming device. Enthusiasts are discussing the build as another step in the popular trend of hardware modding and open-source portable consoles.

Why now: Hobbyists are interested in open-source handheld hardware that revives a beloved classic console with modern internals.
