Sesame Street characters Elmo and Abby Cadabby, along with human co-host Nina, travel to Kenya to meet Nyambeni, an orphaned elephant calf the show adopted through the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. In the segment, caregivers at the rescue centre show the crew how they prepare mineral-rich milk and porridge to nourish young elephants being rehabilitated.
