OpenWants Launches Simulated City Run by AI Agents
Original: Show HN: OpenWants – A Simulated City Where AI Agents Handle Residents Needs
A new project called OpenWants presents Maple Hill, a simulated city where AI agents respond to residents' needs. The launch was shared on Hacker News and is drawing early attention from the developer community, who are discussing how autonomous agents could model civic services and handle simulated residents' requests within a virtual urban environment.
Why now: Interest in autonomous AI agents and simulated environments is high among developers, making a live demo of agents managing city needs a talking point.
