Pedro Acosta slams MotoGP tyre rule after Spanish GP weekend
Original: pedro acosta
MotoGP rider Pedro Acosta has sharply criticised the championship's tyre regulations, calling the rule 'the dumbest in the whole championship' and complaining that overtaking duels with Marc Márquez have been exhausting. His comments came as Márquez won the sprint race and took the championship lead from Jorge Martín, with Acosta also saying Márquez is winning the title mentally.
Why now: Marc Márquez's sprint win and retaking the championship lead from Jorge Martín sparked debate, amplified by Acosta's blunt criticism of the rules.
