Barça president Laporta claims club plays the world's best football

Original: barsa

FC Barcelona is in the spotlight as president Joan Laporta boasts in Istanbul that the team is "practising the best football in the world." Meanwhile, the club is offering tickets at just 7.5 euros for its Champions League match against Sabah in Azerbaijan, a low price aimed at filling seats for the away fixture.

Why now: Laporta's bold boast plus the unusually cheap Champions League ticket offer are drawing attention in Spain.
