Shashi Tharoor in the spotlight as Congress leaders spar over metro closures

Original: शशि थरूर

Congress leaders are trading barbs after metro stations were shut down, apparently to prevent protests. Priyanka Gandhi Vadra called the closures an example of fear, saying 'this is what fear looks like', while party chief Mallikarjun Kharge mocked the government with a reference to the Bollywood film Sholay: 'he who is afraid is dead.' Shashi Tharoor is also drawing attention in India as the story circulates.
