In Pennsylvania, an angler fishing Ithan Creek near Villanova reports that fish have not returned to the stretch under a bridge rehabilitated a couple of years ago. Crews are now planning to rehabilitate the upstream bridge as well, which the angler fears will keep the water largely fishless around both crossings for the foreseeable future.
Why now: Local anglers are concerned that repeated bridge rehabilitation work is disturbing the creek's fish population.
