Secret agreement killed Jasper Ocean Terminal plans
Original: A secret agreement effectively killed Jasper Ocean Terminal plans
A previously undisclosed agreement effectively ended plans for the Jasper Ocean Terminal, the long-debated port project proposed for the Savannah River between Georgia and South Carolina.
