Original: Kishtwar Terror Attack Case: NIA chargesheets OGW Maneer Ahmed; Traces plot directly to Pakistan

India's National Investigation Agency has filed a chargesheet against overground worker Maneer Ahmed in the Kishtwar terror attack case, alleging the conspiracy was plotted directly from Pakistan. The agency says its investigation traced the plot across the border, intensifying scrutiny of cross-border militant networks operating in Jammu and Kashmir's Chenab valley region.

Why now: The NIA's claim that the attack was planned directly in Pakistan is a significant escalation in a sensitive terrorism case.
