Navi Pillay celebrated over reported Nobel Prize for Gaza stance
Original: Navi Pillay has won the Nobel prize for denouncing the genocide in Gaza.❤️ I wouldn't be surprised if the United States
Posts claim Navi Pillay, the former UN human rights chief, has won the Nobel Prize for denouncing what she has called genocide in Gaza. Commenters are praising her and predicting the United States could retaliate by blocking her assets, as it did with UN rapporteur Francesca Albanese. No official confirmation of the award is cited.
Why now: unverified reports of a Nobel award to a prominent Gaza critic are circulating alongside anger at possible US retaliation.
