Martin Freeman to voice Gromit autobiography audiobook

Original: martin freeman voices gromit autobiography

Martin Freeman has been lined up to narrate the audiobook edition of Gromit's autobiography, giving voice to Wallace's silently long-suffering beagle from Aardman's beloved claymation films. The casting of the actor, known for The Office and Sherlock, is being greeted with amusement and warmth by fans of the Bristol-made Wallace and Gromit series.

Why now: The playful novelty of an actor voicing a character who has never spoken is charming audiences in the UK.
