Humayun Kabir's 'Rejinagar' remark draws attention

Original: रेजिनगर

Trinamool Congress leader Humayun Kabir reportedly became emotional while claiming the BJP would win in Rejinagar, a constituency in West Bengal's Murshidabad district, during discussions around the assembly by-election there. His declaration that 'the BJP will win in Rejinagar' and the tearful moment tied to it have made the constituency a talking point in coverage of the Bengal by-elections.

Why now: A local leader's emotional claim that the BJP would win Rejinagar is unusual and is feeding interest in the West Bengal by-election.
