Berlin seniors' computer club meets Fridays in Steglitz-Zehlendorf

Original: 💻 Der Computer/Internet-Club für Senior*innen (UHUs) trifft sich freitags in Steglitz-Zehlendorf. 🤗 Es geht um die schön

A computer and internet club for senior citizens, run by the Berlin adult education centres (Volkshochschulen), meets every Friday in the Steglitz-Zehlendorf district. The group, known as the UHUs, explores the pleasant sides of PC life: internet and culture, internet and research, current developments, and solutions to everyday computer problems. The announcement is drawing attention as an example of community digital education for older adults.

Why now: People are talking about it because free digital-skills offerings for seniors address growing concerns about older people's internet literacy.
