ABC has given a pilot order to 'Rabbit', an American remake of the British comedy-drama 'Ludwig', which stars David Mitchell as a puzzle-setter who impersonates his missing detective twin. The project moving forward at the network signals growing American interest in adapting recent UK hits, and industry observers are watching whether the remake can match the original's success.
