Original: gpa
A couple in France, parents to 21 children most of them born to surrogate mothers, has been arrested on suspicion of mistreating their children after their two-month-old baby was hospitalized. La Dépêche describes the household as a house of horrors, and the case is drawing widespread attention, with debate emerging over large families built through surrogacy and child protection failures.
