Sending Church Lab aims to strengthen missionary support

Original: Sending Church Lab helps strengthen missionary support

The Sending Church Lab, an initiative covered by Baptist outlets including Kentucky Today and the Biblical Recorder, is working to help local churches better support missionaries they send out. The programme encourages congregations to take a more active, sustained role in missionary care, training, and partnership rather than leaving support to mission agencies alone.

Why now: Church leaders are discussing new models for how congregations can take greater responsibility for missionaries they send.
