French theatre offers childcare during shows
Original: Venez au théâtre, on garde vos enfants ! (Mais on vous les rend après.) # theatre # spectacle # garderie # gap
A French theatre is promoting performances that include childcare, inviting parents to come watch a show while their children are looked after on site — and returned to them afterwards. The playful announcement frames the venue as a solution for parents who struggle to find babysitting, combining culture and practical family support. It is drawing attention as an example of theatres adapting to audiences' everyday constraints.
Why now: Theatres offering childcare is an unusual, parent-friendly idea that resonates with audiences juggling leisure and family life.
