Colts cornerback Sauce Gardner publicly criticized his own performance after Indianapolis beat the Washington Commanders, calling his lack of effort on the field 'embarrassing'. The self-assessment stood out because it came after a victory, with the star defender holding himself to a higher standard even as his team improved its record.
