New site tracks all proposed new gTLDs
Original: Show HN: gtlds.fyi – All the proposed new gTLDs
A developer has launched gtlds.fyi, a website cataloguing all the proposed new generic top-level domains from ICANN's latest expansion round. The project was shared on Hacker News, where it drew modest attention from the domain industry community. The site promises a simple reference for anyone tracking the hundreds of candidates competing to become the next .anything domains.
Why now: ICANN's new gTLD application round is under way and developers are building tools to make sense of the long list of proposals
