Microsoft has reportedly secured the rights to stream Grand Theft Auto VI on Xbox Cloud Gaming when the game launches. The deal means players will be able to stream the title through Microsoft's cloud service, though it will still not be playable natively on PC, as Rockstar has not announced a PC version at release. The news is drawing attention as one of the biggest entertainment deals ahead of next year's most anticipated game launch.
Why now: GTA 6 is one of the most anticipated game releases ever, and cloud streaming rights are a major competitive issue between platforms.
