Three Years On, Gaza Journalists Still Need Solidarity
Original: Palestine: Three years on, Gazan journalists need your solidarity
The International Federation of Journalists is marking three years since the start of the Gaza conflict by urging continued solidarity with journalists in the territory. The union body highlights the risks Palestinian reporters have faced while covering the war, including killings, injuries and displacement, and is calling for accountability and protection for those still working in Gaza.
Why now: The third anniversary of the Gaza war has prompted unions and media outlets to renew attention on the toll taken on journalists there.
