Original: amber kortzorg

At the Gouden Televizier-Ring, calls are being made to vote for the programme Kassa as a form of protest against its disappearance from television. Presenter Amber Kortzorg is among those drawing attention to the campaign. De Telegraaf reports the ceremony is being turned into a podium for resistance to the show being axed.

Why now: Kassa is disappearing from Dutch television and viewers are mobilising around the Televizier-Ring vote in protest.
