Lithuania's parliament has preliminarily approved a constitutional amendment allowing nuclear weapons to be stationed on its territory, passing the first reading 106-18. The move would open the door to hosting such arms under NATO arrangements and marks a significant shift in the Baltic state's defence posture amid regional security tensions with Russia.
