Little Shop of Horrors recast as a feelgood movie
Original: "Watch me, Seymour, watch me" https://www. theguardian.com/film/2026/oct/ 05/little-shop-of-horrors-feelgood-movie?utm_s
The Guardian's film section frames Little Shop of Horrors as a feelgood movie, riffing on the show's famous line 'Feed me, Seymour' with the headline 'Watch me, Seymour, watch me'. The piece revisits the cult musical-comedy about a florist and his bloodthirsty plant, inviting readers to see the darkly comic film in a warmer, nostalgic light.
Why now: A new Guardian feature recasting a beloved cult musical as comfort viewing is prompting film fans to share and discuss it.
