Earl Spencer's fury over Diana controversy draws criticism
Original: diana spencer
Charles Spencer, brother of Diana, Princess of Wales, is being accused of letting anger cloud his judgment, in a commentary that invokes Aristotle's ideas on temper. The criticism comes amid the long-running dispute over the BBC Panorama interview Diana gave in 1995, which was obtained through deception by journalist Martin Bashir, and the Spencer family's demands for accountability.
Why now: Ongoing public debate over the Diana Panorama interview scandal and Earl Spencer's vocal response keeps the topic in the news.
