Social Democrats reportedly seek to lure Kristdemokraterna with key post
Original: kristdemokraterna
Swedish daily Expressen reports that the Social Democrats are trying to attract the Christian Democrats, Kristdemokraterna, by offering what sources describe as a 'dream post' in government. The claim suggests S is courting the centre-right party for cooperation or coalition talks. Details on which position is involved, or whether the Christian Democrats have responded, have not been made public, and the report is based on unnamed sources.
Why now: New reporting on government formation manoeuvring in Sweden has put the Christian Democrats in the spotlight.
