A social media commentator has branded the UK Conservatives as 'batshit crazy' as their counterparts in Canada, arguing that 'the entire lot is unfit for office' and urging people never to vote Conservative in either country. The remark, shared alongside a BBC news feed item, reflects anger at right-wing parties and echoes frustration being voiced across both countries' political conversations.
Why now: Anger at Conservative parties in the UK and Canada is resonating with people frustrated by right-wing politics in both countries.
