A new survey suggests 75% of Ukrainian citizens want negotiations to end the war with Russia. The finding highlights a shift in Ukrainian public opinion as the conflict continues, with most people open to talks but unwilling to accept Russian terms.
Why now: Fresh polling on Ukrainian public opinion toward negotiations is newsworthy as debate grows over how the war might end.
